It All Starts With Our Founder, Raymond Lamothe
Raymond Lamothe learned from his father how to repair and maintain farm tractors at an early age. In his twenties, he left the farm to become an equipment technician. However, it wasn’t until 2014 that Ray started refurbishing compact tractors and realized how much he enjoyed working with his hands.
He then decided to take his passion for tractors and turn it into a business. He started with just two people, one person in the office and Ray doing the rest! Today, Ray still trains the three mechanics at our shop and is very much hands-on with the business.
Ray’s Tractors was officially formed when Ray and his son, Shawn, came together to sell and service mowers, tractors, and implements to homeowners, landowners, hunters, and farmers. The business is built on more than 20 years of experience in tractor and outdoor equipment sales and service, and it shows!
